We are truly satisfied with their exceptional support. Earlier this week we booked our second cruise in two years with their agency.

Due to the fact that my husband is an amputee, we are a special needs family.

Donna Croushore, owner/manage took an inordinate of time and patience with us. Donna presented us with several options for cruising. She does listen, and acted on our request to help us find a cruise which would and did support my husband’s special needs. This also included acquiring electric wheelchair and support equipment to be in our suite; personnel waiting to help us board the ship; dining options and medical care if needed; a hotel with a handicapped unit to spend the night prior to the cruise and transportation to the departure port.

We truly enjoyed our cruise and the unobtrusive support of the ships’ cruise.

Needless to say, we are looking forward to scheduling more vacations, interfacing with Creative Travel & Cruise, Inc.
